Question
When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by May 10, 2025. This will help us finalize all the details and ensure everyone has an amazing experience on our special day. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we have to sadly put you down as a "no". We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can plan accordingly.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 5:00pm sharp, please arrive at least 30 minutes before that time to allow for parking and finding your seat.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We would love for all of our friends and family to be fully present in the moment with us. We will provide a moment at the very beginning of the ceremony for everyone to snap a quick picture. After this moment. we ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for our unplugged ceremony. We are more than happy for you to take photos/videos once the ceremony is over. We just ask that you do not post anything on social media before we do. :)

Where is the venue?

The venue is held at the Darnell Family Barn & property. We are blessed to have such wonderful family who are willing to host our big day on their property and at their barn venue. Please refer to the formal invitations for the address. There will be signage at the road and at the start of the driveway to ensure you can find the venue with ease. Since this is on family land, please be respectful when on the property:)

Is there parking?
Answer
Yes, but very limited parking. We encourage anyone who can carpool to please do so! There is no overnight parking so please plan accordingly.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting semi- formal dress code for the evening. For men, this means suits or dress pants (no jeans or shorts). For women, any length dress or skirts would be perfect. We encourage everyone to dress to impress while keeping in mind the venue's vibe (outdoors & rustic) and weather. If you are unsure- it is always better to be slightly overdressed than underdressed. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white. (Please note that the bridesmaids will be wearing pink and the groomsman will be in tan).

Can I bring a +1?
Answer
Due to limited capacity, we are only able to accommodate those formally invited. If you received a plus one, it will be addressed on your invitation and their name will show on the RSVP website.

Are children invited?
Answer
We are only inviting children within the immediate family. If your child is invited, their name will be found on the RSVP website. We hope you enjoy a date night on us!

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Answer
Both! The ceremony and cocktail hour will only be held outdoors. The reception will be an indoor/outdoor party! The ceremony is on grass and the rest of the outdoor party areas will be on gravel, so please be cautious wearing heels.

What should I do if I cannot make it?
Answer
You will be missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "no", so we can plan accordingly.
