What's the deal with transportation?

Answer

A shuttle service will be provided to and from the DoubleTree by Hilton and Carnegie Hotels in Johnson City, TN. Shuttles will depart at [TIMES TBD] and leave the venue at 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00 PM. While there is ample free parking on-property for all guests, it is important to us that you get home safe!! Local guests who plan to partake in the festivities are encouraged to park their cars and utilize the shuttle based at the DoubleTree by Hilton (Johnson City), as rideshare availability is nearly nonexistent in Blountville. Uber and Lyft vouchers are available to use at any point over the weekend to facilitate your safe return home.

.....but what will I wear?!

Think of this gathering as less of a *classic fancy-cocktail-dance-party* and more of an ***outdoor-floral-play games-party***! For us (Devin and Robin), this is a joyous gathering of our favorite people, and the memories and photos from this occasion will be treasured for years to come! Our wedding colors include green, gold, and various reds, purples, oranges, and yellows; patterns and bold shades are encouraged! Blountville, TN is expected to be between 60-70 degrees F in September, and the temperature often drops into the 50s when the sun goes down. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting), and the reception will take place between the outdoor spaces and Chateau Selah's open-air pavilion. Things we recommend you wear or bring for your comfort: -Sunscreen- -Sunglasses/Sun Hat- -Shoes that are easy to walk and play games in!-

Answer

If you would like a hotel room, please RSVP by July 1, 2025. RSVP to the event must be completed by August 1, 2025!!
