Please RSVP by May 1 to give us time to plan the best experience for all of our guests!
The dress code is cocktail. For women, this means cocktail dresses or jumpsuits. For men, a sports coat with slacks or a suit is appropriate, tie optional. While the wedding will be entirely indoors, it's still hot and humid in July, so wear something you'll be comfortable in! Please refrain from wearing jeans to our wedding.
We recommend arriving at 3:30 to be safe! The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00 and because of the setup of the room, people arriving after the ceremony start won't be able to enter.
The venue is completely ADA accessible! You will not have any stairs and all bathrooms are accessible.
There is a large parking lot at the venue that is sufficient for all guests to park in. There will be a small section blocked off for photo purposes. The parking lot is at the venue, so there is no walk time.
The entire wedding will be in a beautiful air-conditioned indoor space. Nonetheless, it will be quite hot outside so you should plan to dress in a way that you will be comfortable.
If your invitation includes a plus-one, yes!
Your RSVP specifically includes all guests in your party that are invited, so if you have the option to select your child's attendance on the RSVP, then yes!
Yes! Please just be thoughtful about being discrete. Don't put phones into the aisle to get a photo. We look forward to seeing the wedding from your POV if you choose to take photos or video! Nonetheless, we will have a professional videographer and photographer.
