Where is Madison Fields?

Answer

Madison Fields is located in Dickerson, MD. Just 2 miles from the base of Sugarloaf mountain, and 10 minutes outside the town of Poolesville. We will direct all guests to come in through our Big Woods Rd entrance & have ample parking available on site.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We highly recommend staying in the Frederick area. It’s close to the farm & has so many options for dining & drinking!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Un[fortunately] our wedding day is kid free! Get a sitter, cause we have some celebrating to do 🍻🥂

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Please be aware “Uber” & “Lyft” do not usually pick up from our venue location, or cars will be limited. We have arranged for a transportation service to run all night to & from our venue & hotel locations. Our first shuttle bus will be available starting at 4:00pm from our hotel locations. Our shuttles will return to the farm for picks ups starting at 9:00pm and continue to run back & fourth til midnight.

What shoes should I wear?

It’s a farm 😉 And a wedding! What better excuse to polish your best pair of cowboy boots? Our cocktail hour will be held in the historic bank barn & our reception tent will be on top of a grass hill. Wear whatever is comfortable!

What is for dinner?

Answer

We are so excited to be working with the “Traditional Authentic Mexican Food Truck” as our dinner service! They have a large menu that will be served from the truck & trust us, you’re going to want to try EVERYTHING! Their trucks can be found at local breweries on the weekends, all over Frederick!

When is the wedding ceremony?

Devin & Maggie have decided to have a private wedding ceremony, so you won’t have to stand around & cry too long! Our guests get to enjoy the best parts of a wedding day, drinks, dinner, and dancing!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the airport?

Answer

Our shuttle service is also offering our wedding guests discounted rates to & from the DC airports. If you would like to arrange transportation with them, they will accommodate any flights from 6am-8pm at the discounted rates below.
