FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than March 12th!

Question

Where is the ceremony/reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Groom Creek Schoolhouse, located roughly 15 minutes SE from Prescott. Some notes about the location: - parking is limited, so we strongly suggest carpooling if possible! - there is limited cell service in this area - the site is located in the Prescott National Forest, so please be mindful and respectful of nearby hikers/campers (there are some trails running through the site, so bring some hiking shoes if you’d like!) - Since it is located in the National Forest, feel free to bring a camping tent if you’re going to party too hard ;-) (https://www.recreation.gov/camping/campgrounds/234550)

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3 pm, so arrive anywhere between 2:30-2:45 pm, but please arrive no later than 2:45 pm to ensure ample time for parking and finding a seat!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Children are welcome, but we do recommend leaving the little ones with a babysitter. Make it a date night!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no formal dress code! It can get cold at night in the forest so plan to bring a jacket or warmer clothes if needed.

Question

What are the food/dinner options?

Answer

There will be light snacks and finger foods available right after the ceremony and throughout the evening! Dinner will be served buffet style around 5 pm in the schoolhouse. There will be two pasta options: Chicken Alfredo and a Mediterranean Veggie Pasta (both will be made with Gluten Free noodles and the Mediterranean pasta will be dairy free!) along with grilled chicken/vegetables, salad, and breadsticks. And of course, plenty of drinks!
