FAQs

If you have any other questions other than those listed below, please feel free to contact the bride directly at 502-314-0294.
Question

Will there be a dress code?

Answer

Yes. The bride & groom kindly ask that you wear formal black tie attire in the colors of black, gold or royal (dark) green. Suits, ties, floor length dresses/jumpsuits, etc. are all appropriate. The bride asks that all women refrain from wearing white, ivory or any similar color.

Question

What is the best way to RSVP?

Answer

Please feel free to RSVP on the RSVP page of this website at anytime. If you are not able to use the link to RSVP, you may TEXT the bride directly at 502-314-0294 & she will update your RSVP response. The bride & groom request that you respond as soon as possible, and no later than November 1st, 2025.

Question

Are we able to bring children to the wedding?

Answer

The bride & groom have chosen to have a 21+ ceremony & reception with the exception of their flower girl. While your children are immensely loved by both Devin & Lyndsey, their wish is to have a child free wedding where everyone can let loose & enjoy an adults only evening. They appreciate your understanding & hope that you will use this as an opportunity to have a romantic, fun filled date night!

Question

Can I bring my significant other or a plus one?

Answer

While the bride & groom wish that they could accommodate everyone, only those explicitly listed by name or “guest” on your invitation are able to attend the wedding. There will be a seating chart that will only include those who RSVP as attending the wedding, so Devin & Lyndsey kindly ask that you do not bring with you any guest who has not been invited or who has not RSVP’d as attending.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar starting immediately following the ceremony during cocktail hour as well as during the length of the reception.

Question

Will food be provided?

Answer

Yes, there will be charcuterie & small bites provided during cocktail hour while the bride & groom finish up wedding photos. There will be a full sit down meal provided during the reception as well as multiple dessert options.

Question

Are there hotels or lodging nearby?

Answer

Yes, there are several hotels within one mile of the venue. The bride & groom have secured a block of rooms at 'Hampton Inn & Suites Radcliff' nearby. If you book through the wedding block you will receive a discounted room rate. The block of rooms are available to be booked both the night before & the night of the wedding as several guests will be at the venue the night before for rehearsal. Please feel free to book a room for one or both nights should you wish to stay nearby. The details for booking can be found on the “Travel” section of this website. A shuttle will be provided before & after the wedding to & from the hotel.

Question

Where can I find the registry?

Answer

The bride & groom have not yet registered at this time. Once they have, there will be a page on this website titled “registry.” If you feel inclined, a donation to their honeymoon fund would be greatly appreciated. That link will also be available on the registry page.

Question

Will the event take place indoors?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will both be held indoors; however, the cocktail hour will take place on the patio between the two venues, weather permitting. *So long as it is not icy or raining, the cocktail hour will take place outdoors, so please dress accordingly with a coat if necessary. There will be multiple patio heaters in the area.

Question

What will the timeline of the day look like?

Answer

The ceremony will last for approximately 30 minutes, at which point the guests will be escorted to the cocktail hour location while the bride & groom take photos for approximately 45 minutes-one hour. The guests will be welcomed into the reception at this time & the bridal party will make their entrance. Following the bride & grooms first dance & the ceremonial dances with their families, dinner & dessert will be served. Toasts, garter & bouquet tosses will follow & the dance floor will open at this time.

Question

Is there parking available at the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the wedding venue including a large number of handicap spaces. Please be mindful when choosing a designated driver for the evening. As mentioned there are several hotels nearby & the couple have reserved for guests a block of rooms at 'Hampton Inn & Suites Radcliff'. There will be a shuttle provided to & from the hotel before & after the wedding. Uber & Lyft are also available in the area.

Question

I have dietary restrictions or allergies. What is the best way to let you know?

Answer

There is a place on your RSVP link to list any dietary restrictions or allergies so that the caterer may be informed.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

There will be multiple photographers & content creators at the wedding to capture every moment of the day. However, during cocktail hour & the reception they ask that you take AS MANY photos as you wish to document the day!

Question

How will you communicate any updates and/or changes before the wedding?
