What is the address to the venue?

Answer

970 Six Mile Rd Philipsburg, PA 16866 Some GPS's do not register this address. Please check directions before the day of the wedding. There is not great service in the area so please reach out beforehand if you need help with directions!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1st, using the RSVP tab in the menu or on the RSVP card that was delivered with your invitation. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We kindly ask that no pictures or videos be taken until it is announced to do so. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures, which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can only accommodate the people listed on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} + Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

While we love all of the kids in our lives, invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

There is no official dress code but we would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for the big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire (bright summer colors encouraged!). Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white. The ceremony will be held outside!

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you can't make it to the wedding, please RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Our venue has on-site parking.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you. For this reason, we ask that you please do not bring outside alcohol on the premises and have a way to get home safely.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors with the reception and cocktail hour indoors/outdoors.

Gifts?

Answer

We are honoured and blessed to celebrate our special day with our loved ones! Your presence and well wishes are the most meaningful gifts. We understand that many of you still want to bring a gift to commemorate the occasion, but please know that it is completely optional! Should you wish to contribute, we have a registry through Target and Amazon but we also kindly request monetary contributions to our future.

PLEASE NOTE..

Answer

Our venue has a strict no outside alcohol policy. Don’t worry — we’ll have plenty of drinks to keep the celebration going! There is also a designated smoking area on the side of the building. Please no smoking/vaping outside of the designated area.
