No, The Save the Date became the invitation because all the necessary information and RSVP is on the website at this time. All the guests are loaded into our the RSVP section and it felt unnecessary to pay for more printing and postage.
Unfortunately, we might not be able to accommodate you if you RSVP late. We need to provide our vendors with exact numbers by 4/12/2025. Please RSVP as soon as possible, even if you are unable to make it.
For the ceremony & reception, we'll be out at a farm. Plenty of parking out in the field. Carpooling is recommended with a Designated Driver since the venue is 25-35 minutes outside of town. For the Sunday Brunch, parking is quite a bit more tight; it'll be up and down the street; please carpool!
Yes, however, our venue only allows Beer and Wine so we plan to offer a selection of each. There will be no hard liquor and none are permitted on site. Please bring a couple dollars to tip our bartender. The After Party has a full bar that you will be able to purchase whatever you would like.
It's what you could imagine wearing to a picnic but a tad more formal. We're thinking sundresses, khaki pants, and short sleeve button ups. Late May weather in Ohio can vary greatly from cool and breezy to warm and humid. We recommend you wear something lighter and bring a layer for on top as the day may cool into evening. Also bring an umbrella just in case
Yes and No. We would ask that you not take any photos during our ceremony and completely put your phones away to be in the moment with us. During the cocktail hour and reception, we would love to see you take photos as long as you are not interfering with the work of our professional photographer. We will create a method for you to share those photos with us, as we would love to see the snaps you were able to grab.
To give all you parents a night off!! Well, in actuality, we are trying to include the most people possible and to accommodate our large families and many friends, we needed to find way to make the guest list a little more manageable.
We were trying to give everyone an extra day for travel. Also, we did check before we booked and the Memorial tournament wasn't officially scheduled, and they've been doing it the first weekend in June for a few years now; it was quite the surprise that it starts right after our wedding. In all reality, the tournament will mostly likely not interfere with any of our plans.
