Why are you doing your wedding this way?

We decided to keep our ceremony very small and intimate, but we still wanted our loved ones to celebrate with us. A virtual watch party lets us share our wedding with friends and family near and far — so everyone can still be part of our special day!

What exactly am I RSVPing to?

Answer

You are RSVPing to the virtual watch party, not the in-person ceremony. Everyone who RSVPs will receive a special “watch party box” to help you celebrate with us from home.

How do I watch the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will be livestreamed on YouTube at 10 AM EST (7 AM PST). We’ll send you the private link ahead of time. If you can’t join live, no worries — the video will stay online to watch later.

What if I can’t join live?

Answer

You can watch the ceremony later on YouTube at a time that works best for you. The Zoom reception won’t be recorded, but you’re welcome to hop on during the scheduled times if you’d like to say hello.

How will the Zoom reception work?

Answer

After the ceremony, we’ll host a reception on Zoom. Guests will be placed into “tables” (breakout rooms), and we’ll stop by each one to toast and chat. Each visit will be about 5 minutes, and we’ll share a schedule in advance so you’ll know when to expect us.

What will be in the “watch party box”?

Answer

Your box will include: 1. Sparkling wine or sparkling cider (depending on age & preferences) for each member of your party 2. Fun streamer poppers (non-messy!) 3. Snacks for the party 4. Themed party favors (including photo booth cutouts of our faces!) 5. Instructions + a QR code for uploading your photos to our wedding album

What if I don’t drink alcohol?

No worries — we’ve got you covered! Guests can choose sparkling cider instead of sparkling wine. Just note your preference when you RSVP.

Do I need a Zoom account?

Answer

Nope! You can join straight from the Zoom link we’ll provide. If you don’t already use Zoom, you may be prompted to download the free app, but you don’t need a paid account.

What should I wear?

We’d love for virtual guests to dress up with us! Our theme is vintage 1950s brunch, and our colors are garnet and peridot. Pick whichever inspires you — or both!

How do I share photos from my watch party?

Answer

In your box, you’ll receive a QR code that links to our online photo booth. Upload your pictures there and they’ll become part of our wedding memories.

What if my box doesn’t arrive in time?

Answer

If something goes wrong with shipping, don’t worry — you can still join the livestream and Zoom reception. We’ll share the photo booth link with everyone, so you can still join the fun and celebrate with us.

Just RSVP, open your watch party box, chill your sparkling drink, and log on. That’s it — we’ll take care of the rest!
