Please click the link and it will take you directly to our wedding website where you can RSVP for you and your party. If you’re unable to RSVP online, please reach out to us directly and we’ll be happy to help.
Please let us know if you’ll be attending by August 1st, 2026, so we can finalize all the details and make sure there’s a seat (and a meal!) with your name on it.
While we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a relaxing evening celebrating with us!
Dress Code: Semi-Formal / Black Tie Optional We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style! Please join us in your finest formal attire—think elegant gowns, dapper suits, and a hint of timeless sophistication. Together, let’s create an evening as enchanting as the love we’re gathering to honor.
The maid of honor and bridesmaids will be elegantly dressed in satin gowns in a palette of olive green, moss green, dusty pink, wine red, and mauve.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive by 3:45 PM to allow time to be seated and settled before the celebration begins.
Complimentary parking is available in the parking garage located off of First Street—please park on the 4th floor. Additional free parking can be found in various lots throughout the downtown area. For those not planning to drive, we recommend using Uber or another rideshare service for convenience.
We’re so excited to celebrate with our closest loved ones. Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate guests who are listed on the invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be noted on your invite. Thank you for understanding!
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. To ensure the moment is captured thoughtfully and without distraction, only three individuals will be permitted to take photos or video: our professional photographer, a designated videographer using our camcorder, and a designated guest capturing candid moments on a phone. Thank you for your understanding and helping us be fully present in this special moment.
An open bar will be available during the cocktail hour, with wine service provided throughout dinner. The open bar will resume following the conclusion of the meal.
Hotel Baker is a completely smoke-free property, because it’s a beautiful and historic building, smoking and open flames are not permitted anywhere on the premises (including outdoor areas). Please help us keep the grounds clean and safe by properly disposing of any smoking materials off-site. Guests who do not follow these rules may be asked to leave by event staff. Thank you for helping us respect this special venue!
