What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal. Wedding colors are olive green, gold, and earth tone neutrals. We are planning on an outside ceremony, so we advise against stilettos. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing white, ivory, champagne, and cream colored attire.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitations will indicate whether we allocated a spot for a guest/guests. We have a limited capacity at this venue, and ask that you respect our guest list by not bringing uninvited guests. We thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving 15-30 minutes before the ceremony starts (ceremony starts at 4:30).

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by 10/1. We will need an accurate headcount for the venue.

Will it be an unplugged ceremony?

Answer

We will be paying for a professional photographer to take pictures during the ceremony, so we ask that you don't have your phones out in order to avoid cell phones in the shots. The officiant will make this announcement before the ceremony begins as a reminder. Please let the photographer do the job we are paying them to do! Thank you!

Will there be security?

Answer

Yes. The venue requires us to have 1-2 local police officers on site depending on the guest count.

Is the reception BYOB?

Answer

No. Guests can only get alcohol from the licensed bartenders that will be at the venue.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome if they are listed on your invitation. We do ask that you help us maintain a calm environment during the ceremony, dances, etc. and step out if you need a moment with your child/children.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We listed a couple on the travel section close to the venue! We also recommend looking into air bnbs near Belton, Temple, and Killeen. Georgetown is also close by with more things to do, but lodging is more expensive.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please feel free to contact either Jackie or Devin if you have specific dietary restrictions or allergies. We will be catering chicken and beef fajitas from a local restaurant.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue. We will be having the ceremony and reception at the same location.
