Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at Almquist Farm in Hastings, MN. The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, while the reception will be held indoors. During social hour, guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces, as the doors are easily accessible for a seamless flow between the two areas.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the ceremony to find a seat. Since our wedding is on a Thursday, we recommend leaving about 30 minutes earlier than usual to allow for weekday traffic.

Where can I park?

Answer

On-site parking is available at Almquist Farm. Vehicles can be left overnight but must be removed by 9:00 AM the following day.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, followed by an indoor reception, weather permitting. We recommend garden party attire (color and florals are encouraged!) and light, comfortable clothing suitable for the weather. A light jacket or wrap may be helpful for the reception. Please AVOID wearing white, cream, black, or red.

Our celebration is for guests aged 10 years and older.

A cash bar will be available during social hour. Please note that our wedding and reception will be alcohol-free.

We will be having a buffet line for Champagne Chicken and Alfredo for entree options and Twice Baked Cheesy Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans for side options.
