FAQs

If you have other questions other than what we've listed please feel free to contact our wedding planner/coordinator, Sarah Rosario! info@alleventspr.com
Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

WE'RE OPTING FOR AN UNPLUGGED CEREMONY. We'd love for everyone to be fully present during. We hired an amazing photographer to capture the moment, so don't worry. Once the party starts though, take all the pictures you'd like!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Think elevated tropical/coastal vibes- linen, earthy tones, fun colors, flowy dresses, and breatheable fabrics are all encouraged. Barefoot is absolutely welcome. Even the bride will be opting out of shoes for the day! We just kindly ask guests to avoid wearing black or white.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Warm, tropical, and humid! Expect sunshine, ocean breezes, and the occasion quick rain shower.

Question

What if it's raining day of the wedding?

Answer

We have a backup plan ready to go, so either way the show will go on!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will have limited space and accommodations. Invitations were addressed specifically to those invited, so please refer to your invitation or RSVP for the names included in your party.

Question

Where should we stay?

Answer

We're not doing a hotel block, but we've included some highly recommended Airbnb and hotels to stay at on the website to help make planning easier!

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

It will not, so we recommend planning ahead for travel to and from the venue.

Question

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

We recommend arriving about 20-30 minutes early so you have time to settle in before the ceremony and aren't rushing around.

Question

Should we rent a car?

Answer

We highly recommend renting a car while visiting Puerto Rico, especially if you'd like to explore the island.

Question

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

Because we're keeping the celebration intimate, we're only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Question

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Nope! Puerto Rico is a U.S. territory so no passport is needed. A valid government-issued ID is all you need for travel.

Question

Can we come hang out even if we're not staying at your house?

Answer

Please do! While a small group will be staying at the house itself, we'd love for everyone to come by, spend time together, and enjoy the weekend with us while we're all in Puerto Rico! We want the whole weekend to feel relaxed and fun.

Question

Will there be a welcome party or rehersal dinner?

Answer

No- since we're not having a bridal party, we won't be doing a formal rehearsal dinner or welcome party. We're keeping the weekend relaxed and would absolutely love for everyone to come by the house, hang out, and spend time together while we're in our favorite place!
