When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP to the event by mail no later than June 4, 2021

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Our registry is on Zola, we spent a lot of time picking out cool things that we thought we could use from each category.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony itself starts at 5:30pm, we encourage people to arrive 5:00 or earlier to meet, chat and find your table.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want light summer colors, gold, peach, tan, khaki, yellow, salmon. Keep it fun and casual formal, please no jeans or tennis shoes.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you're invitation is marked "and Guest" then you are allowed to bring a +1. If you want a +1 and don't have one let us know and we'll work it out.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome if they have been invited. If you need to clarify, let us know. With COVID-19 restrictions we have to keep our headcount under 100 people so every guest counts.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

This hotel is in longmont and is the closest to our house and venue. Hampton Inn 850 S Main St, Longmont, CO 80501

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

We are catering Georgia Boys BBQ for the event. We have set aside 10 vegetarian dishes, please mark on your invitation if you would like a vegetarian meal as these are limited. Tell us you have a special food allergy request right away and we will do our best to modify the order to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

D-Barn has a large parking lot, plenty of space for many vehicles to park.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

For those in the wedding party, we will be having a rehearsal dinner the night before (on Saturday July 3rd) in Longmont at TBD location. Check back here for updates.
