FRIDAY, MAY 13th: 8am sharp Come around 7:45am, and be ready to roll at 8am. We will be using the rooftop turf and all of the fun toys (tires, kettlebells, etc) to get in a sweat for about 45 minutes.
SATURDAY, MAY 14th: 7am sharp We've got our own private F45 U Street class! YOU MUST RSVP TO THIS ON OUR SCHEDULE OF EVENTS IF YOU WANT TO COME. F45 is a functional, high-intensity, strength/cardio hybrid class, and we'll be running the hour-long Saturday workout SoCal.
