Question

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Given the unpredictability of Ohio weather, we have opted to have both indoors.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 4:00pm. You can begin arriving as early as 3:30pm but we ask that you be seated by 3:55pm.

Question

Are there hotel blocks for accommodations?

Answer

While there are no hotel blocks reserved for the wedding, there is a list of local accommodations under the 'Travel' tab.

Question

Is transportation provided to and from the venue?

Answer

There is no transportation provided to and from the venue. We have opted to have both the ceremony and reception in one spot for simplicity purposes.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have decided against an open bar. While our venue does have a full bar, alcohol does not align with the vision we have for our day. Guests are more than welcome to purchase alcoholic beverages at their own discretion. Pop, water and coffee will all be complimentary. We do ask that anybody who plans to drink have the proper accommodations set up as far as transportation. Absolutely no outside alcohol is permitted on site, if you violate this policy, you will be asked to leave. Thank you.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We hope to have as many of our friends and family join us for our special day, however, if you have children under the age of 2, we kindly ask that they do not attend the ceremony. We ask this as there is very limited seating for the ceremony and additionally, there is a no area for you to easily step out if your child needs a break. We hope that you are still able to join us for the ceremony and that your children will be at the reception to help us celebrate!

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

This ceremony is to remain 'unplugged.' We ask that you allow our photographer to capture this special moment. Please feel free to snap pictures during the reception as we would love to see our friends and family enjoying our special day!

Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 28th so that we have an accurate count for all of our caterers. If you have any questions, please contact Amy or Devin directly.
