Devin and Aaron met on October 30, 2022, at Funkys Pizza & Daiquiri Bar on the Square in Oxford, Mississippi. Jaydan, Devin’s Matron of Honor, and Corbin, Aaron’s groomsman, now married themselves, had planned to meet up that night and brought Devin and Aaron along. Unbeknownst to them at the time, Devin and Aaron had just met their forever person. At the time, Devin was a junior at Ole Miss and Aaron was living in Amory, Mississippi. Before long, Aaron found himself making frequent trips to Oxford, and their friendship grew through weekends with friends, nights on the Square, and endless memories. It did not take long for both of them to realize their connection was special. Aaron asked Devin to be his girlfriend on May 15, 2023. Their relationship continued to grow through endless adventures and memories. On November 16, 2024, Aaron proposed, beginning their next chapter together. As they look ahead to marriage, Devin and Aaron are grateful for the love and support of their family and friends and look forward to building a life rooted in faith, commitment, and love.
