We kindly ask guests to arrive by 1:45 PM ET and be seated no later than 2:00 PM so we can begin the ceremony on time.
Parking will be available at the venue.
Transportation will not be provided, so we recommend arranging your own ride or carpooling when possible.
Cocktail attire is recommended. We encourage you to dress comfortably while still celebrating the occasion.

Guests traveling from out of town may fly into Reagan National, Baltimore/Washington International, or Dulles International. All are within driving distance of the venue.

Yes. Traffic in the DMV area can be unpredictable, so we recommend leaving earlier than you think you need to.
Our celebration will take place primarily indoors, though there may be brief outdoor transitions. We recommend checking the weather and dressing accordingly.
Guests will move directly into cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing.
Yes, dinner will be provided during the reception.
Yes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available during the reception.
We plan to celebrate into the evening and hope you’ll stay to dance with us. The reception will formally conclude at 7:00 PM ET.
Yes. We welcome you to capture moments throughout the day and share them with us. We just ask that you remain mindful of the photographers and other guests.
We’d love to see the day through your eyes. We’ll have a QR code at the celebration and on our website so you can easily upload photos to our shared Zola album.
We would love to take a photo with each of you during the celebration. We’ll be making our way around the room, but please feel free to grab us so we can capture a memory together. We also plan to gather everyone for a large group photo during the reception and hope you’ll join us for that special moment.
