What time should I arrive?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 1:45 PM ET and be seated no later than 2:00 PM so we can begin the ceremony on time.

Where should I park?

Parking will be available at the venue.

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, so we recommend arranging your own ride or carpooling when possible.

What is the dress code?

Cocktail attire is recommended. We encourage you to dress comfortably while still celebrating the occasion.

Due to space and planning considerations, we can only accommodate guests listed on the invitation.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

Guests traveling from out of town may fly into Reagan National, Baltimore/Washington International, or Dulles International. All are within driving distance of the venue.

We’ve listed recommended hotels on the Travel page, including options near the venue and nearby transportation.

Should I plan for traffic?

Answer

Yes. Traffic in the DMV area can be unpredictable, so we recommend leaving earlier than you think you need to.

Will the ceremony or reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our celebration will take place primarily indoors, though there may be brief outdoor transitions. We recommend checking the weather and dressing accordingly.

What happens after the ceremony?

Guests will move directly into cocktail hour followed by dinner and dancing.

Will dinner be served?

Yes, dinner will be provided during the reception.

Will there be drinks available?

Yes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available during the reception.

How late will the reception go?

We plan to celebrate into the evening and hope you’ll stay to dance with us. The reception will formally conclude at 7:00 PM ET.

Can I take photos during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. We welcome you to capture moments throughout the day and share them with us. We just ask that you remain mindful of the photographers and other guests.

How can we share photos from the wedding?

Answer

We’d love to see the day through your eyes. We’ll have a QR code at the celebration and on our website so you can easily upload photos to our shared Zola album.

Will we get a chance to take a photo together?

Answer

We would love to take a photo with each of you during the celebration. We’ll be making our way around the room, but please feel free to grab us so we can capture a memory together. We also plan to gather everyone for a large group photo during the reception and hope you’ll join us for that special moment.

Is there a honeymoon or newlywed fund?

Answer

Yes. We’ve included a Newlywed Fund for guests who prefer to contribute toward our future together.

Your presence at our wedding is truly the greatest gift. Anything more is appreciated but never expected.
