We’re Getting Married!

We met the Summer of 2019! Mariah was watching dogs through Rover. One day Mariah received a request from Lea and Tarrell to watch their two dogs. When Mariah met this couple, they had the perfect idea to introduce Mariah and Devin. Lea knew Devin’s type - Short, Blonde hair and blue eyes - and told Devin she was inviting Mariah over for wine/game night. Little did Devin and Mariah know that down the road they would be planning their own wedding to spend the rest of their lives together! Devin and Mariah started off as friends and kept in contact. Eventually they realized they were meant for each other and knew the other person was their person. One night Devin brought over Mariah two bottles of wine and they watched scary movies (their favorite!) and had a wine night. Devin helped Mariah move into her new apartment where he met her parents (who absolutely loved Devin from the get go). Devin and Mariah spent all their time together and were inseparable. They decided to start planning trips together. Devin brought Mariah home to St. Louis for New Years to introduce her to his family and friends and it couldn’t of went any better! After this special trip, they planned a huge trip together to Maui to celebrate Ebony and Kevin getting married. During this trip, they realized they were ready to make the next step in life and start their forever with each other. Devin asked Mariah’s parents and they were ecstatic and so excited to welcome their new Son in Law into their family! So Devin got to planning and on October 8, 2022 Devin popped the big question while in Gatlinburg during Mariah’s birthday weekend. Of course Mariah said YES!!! So here we are planning our forever!! ❤️
