Do you have a room block?

Answer

Yes, we have about 25 rooms on block at the Heritage Hotel! Please call the hotel by the beginning of August and use our last names!

Are the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all at the same place?

Answer

Yes! We have decided to hold our ceremony, our cocktail hour and our reception at the Heritage Hotel.

Are kids welcomed?

We are having a kids free wedding, we do understand that sometimes things happen, please contact the bride or the groom with further information

Is the ceremony outside or indoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outside in the rock garden, If the weather is bad we will be inside the Timber’s room.

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

No, please during our ceremony do not have your phones out, we have a professional photographer and I’ll be more than happy to send out our professional pictures from the ceremony! Phones are okay during our cocktail hour and reception! I actually encourage everyone to take pictures during RECEPTION so we can see everyone’s point of view of our day!
