If you are traveling directly to the wedding location, from the NY/NJ area, a single connection flight to florence would be the most efficient. While rome offers non stop flights, there are very limited options to get to this region of Tuscany (outside a car rental)

You can shuttle from Florence Airport to Santa Maria Novella Station, where you can take a regional train to the Castiglion Fiorention region. We can set up a transfer from the train station to the villas. You have the option to rent a car from Florence airport and drive directly to Buccelletti Casali & Cantina. Renting a car is common for travelers in this region as it is easy to navigate and scenic.
