When, Where and How To get there?

Our wedding will be held on September 17th, 2027 at Hawthorn Estates, located at 76024 Rd 33 E, East Selkirk. The easiest way to get there is via Highway 44 — turn left onto Road 33 E in Garson. You’ll see a large sign for Hawthorn Estates. Continue for 5 km, and the venue will be on your left.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP through our website by June 30, 2027. We kindly ask that all RSVPs are submitted by this date.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Aim to get there around 3:30 PM! The ceremony starts at 4:00 PM, so this gives you time to park and get settled

What should I wear?

Answer

We’re going with semi-formal attire — dressy but not too fancy! Think nice dinner or cocktail outfits, and wear whatever makes you feel your best.

The Bar

We will be having a toonie bar which will be cash only! Guests will receive two drink tickets, and additional drinks will be $2 each. Thank you for your understanding!

Get ready to dig in! We’ll be serving Danny’s Whole Hog buffet-style, with a ton of options for everyone. From juicy meats to tasty sides, there’s something for every appetite — come hungry and ready to enjoy!

The Ceremony and Reception

The ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting) and begin at 4:00pm. The reception will be held indoors and begin at 5:30pm.

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, guests are welcome to head to the solarium to grab a drink, mingle, and explore. Self-serve drinks and yard games will be available for everyone to enjoy!

Can I take photos?

We’ll be having an unplugged ceremony – no phones or photos, please. We want everyone to be fully present.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but this will be mostly a kid-free celebration. If your children aren’t listed on your invite, we kindly ask that you make other arrangements for them. Thank you for understanding!
