How can I help?

As many of you are traveling to join us, this part of North Carolina was recently affected by Hurricane Helene. In partnership with our venue, Providencen Cotton Mill, we kindly ask guests to bring supplies, such as cases of water or chewable Benadryl, to help support the local communities

Are children invited?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, in order to give our guests and parents a night of fun and relaxation, we've decided to make this an adults only affair! We appreciate you making arrangements for your kids so you can celebrate with us!

What should I wear?
Answer
All guests are asked to dress according to cocktail/semi-formal attire. It's a step below a formal wedding, so it's more relaxed and open but still elevated. Cocktail dresses, gowns, jumpsuits, suits, and tuxedos are all acceptable! The weather in October can be really warm or pretty cool, so keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors and the reception is covered.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony begins prompts at 4:30 pm. We recommend arriving 20-30 minutes early.

Parking and Transportation
Answer
If you choose to drive to the venue, ample parking is available. A shuttle will be provided between the hotel and the venue. The shuttle will stop at two hotels: Hampton Inn Lincolnton Quality Inn Lincolnton **Ride shares (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are limited in the area, so please consider this when planning your transportation.

Are there other lodging options?
Answer
Yes! There are many AirBNB/VRBOs in the area. If you would like to stay near the hotel with the shuttle, Quality Inn Lincolnton is the closest. Please reach out for any questions!
