How do I RSVP?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Evening cocktail attire, please. We look forward to seeing you all dressed up! Please keep in mind that the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All invitees have been explicitly named on your invite. We look forward to an intimate ceremony with our close friends and family!

Question

Will transportation be provided on the day of the wedding?

Answer

Yes! ** A private shuttle bus will be transporting guests from the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge down the hill to the Kananaskis Country Golf Course prior to the ceremony. The first shuttle will leave from the entrance of the Lodge @ 3:45 pm sharp. The shuttle will return to pick up the second wave of guests from the entrance of the Lodge at 4:05 pm sharp. The shuttle will then transport guests from the Kananaskis Country Golf Course back to the Lodge following the reception. The shuttle will leave the Kananaskis Country Golf Course parking lot (right next to reception) at 9:00 pm, 10:30 pm, and 11:45 pm (also available at additional times on an as needed basis). ** Please see the “Travel” tab for additional transportation considerations if you are not staying at the Kananaskis Mountain Lodge.

If I plan to spend some time in Calgary, where should I stay?

Answer

There are lots of hotel options downtown Calgary, but we cannot recommend the Fairmont Palliser enough! Please reach out to Dev if you would like any recommendations for restaurants or things to do.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is lots of parking right beside the Robert Trent Jones Pavilion at The Kananaskis Golf Course if you choose to drive yourself.

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, of course. Please note this on your RSVP when selecting your meal.
