WHERE CAN I PARK FOR THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?

Answer

There is a large area at the Bear Mountain Inn that will be attended the day of by someone. This person will direct traffic and help get you parked on site.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE FROM OUR HOTEL OR LODGING TO THE INN?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle from the Hampton Inn to and from the Inn. Please be ready for the shuttle at 3pm.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only event.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Please be mindful that the ceremony is in the grass and that heels may slip into the ground.

WILL THE CEREMONY BE OUTDOORS?

Answer

Yes, overlooking Bear Pond (if it's not too cold or raining). Please dress accordingly.

THE INN IS BEAUTIFUL, CAN I HAVE A TOUR OR GO INSIDE?

Answer

No, the Inn is strictly for those who are staying there. There is a restroom in the reception venue.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I’M STAYING AT THE INN?

If you’re staying at the Inn, we have reached out to you and let you know which room you’re staying in for the weekend.
