Devan and Allerdyce’s story began on a fun night out in Muncie, Indiana, where mutual friends brought them together at the Chug, a local college bar. What started as a casual meeting quickly turned into something more when, just a few days later, they spent hours on a long drive, talking and getting to know each other. It didn’t take long for them to realize they had found something special. As their relationship grew, Allerdyce made the move to Bloomington to be with Devan while she finished college, marking the start of their life side by side. Along the way, they welcomed their black lab, Ducky, into their little family. Since then, they’ve been building a life filled with love, laughter, and everyday adventures—together every step of the way.
