In 2013 a friend of mine (me, Devan) at the time, kept telling me about this boy who was sooo cute and looked like a guy from a band we loved. I was new to the school and didn't know anyone but her because we had class together. She invited me to sit with her during lunch to meet him and their other friends. I walk over and she introduces me. Out of nowhere one of the boys at the table YELLS "HI DEVAN!". I was shocked, appalled even. It was Cody. This loud guy with long messy hair who I JUST met was yelling at me. I was like "calm down..." I was not impressed Haha. At this time, I didn't like going to this new school. So, I was always "sick" and stayed home a lot. One day when I came back to school, my friend told me Cody kept asking about me, where I was, and if he could have my number. I was thoroughly confused because we hadn't even spoke other than our introductions. However, I was intrigued to know what he wanted. When I got home, I was adding people I met from the school to my social media, and he popped up as a suggested person. He immediately accepted and messaged me. I was shocked. We just started talking and randomly he said he wanted to go to the homecoming dance and asked me to go with him. Remember, we had only exchanged a few words in person at this point. BUT I said yes. Two days later we were going to homecoming 2013 together. During one slow dance, he asked me to be his girlfriend. Again, I said yes. Cody was different than me. I was shy and he was LOUD and outgoing. We dated and then life kind of got different and for a year and half we drifted apart. I was in-love with this guy and no relationship ever felt the same from when I was with Cody. During this period of time where we were no longer together Cody would message me randomly. One day he would message me about his dog passing, he messaged me to "catch up". Then one day when I as at my mom's house he messaged me. My sister Brianna saw me smiling and I just said, " Cody messaged me!" I was so happy. Before we knew it, we were hanging out every day. Eventually we found out I was pregnant with our 1st baby, Ella. Life has been crazy ever since. Now we have 2 more babes, Easton and Eden. We have now created our own crazy little family that is the perfect mix of the two of us. We are now so excited to officially put it on paper that we will be together forever.
