Where should I stay?

Answer

Head over to the Travel tab. We have a room block at the hotel attached to the venue, plus a few nearby alternatives listed there.

When is the RSVP deadline?

Please let us know by August 15th so we can lock in our final headcount for the venue and catering.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

All food served over the weekend will be 100% vegetarian, and we will have Swaminarayan (no onion/garlic) options available. Please drop any other specific allergy notes into the text box when you submit your RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we can't accommodate extra guests due to venue capacity. Only the names explicitly listed when you search your party in the RSVP tab are invited.

What time should I arrive for the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Check your personalized schedule under the RSVP tab for exact start times, but plan to arrive 15–20 minutes early so you don't miss the start of the events.

Is there time to change between the daytime and evening events?

Answer

Yes. There is a multi-hour gap between the daytime rituals and evening events so everyone has plenty of time to head back to their rooms, relax, and change outfits.

Are the events indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything is indoors, except for the main wedding ceremony. If it rains, the ceremony will move indoors too.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Parking is completely free at the Hilton Garden Inn and Magnoliya Grand lot. If you're staying at the hotel, you can just park once and walk over.
