Wedding Day Transportation

All guests staying in Lake George are welcome to use our transportation to and from the venue. Buses will depart/return from The Fort William Henry Hotel and Lakeside Lodging Townhouses. Fort William Henry Hotel Pick Up (Meet in Entrance Lobby) Departure Time: 3:45PM and 3:50PM Lakeside Lodging Pick Up (Meet at 10 Front St.) Departure Time: 3:40PM Return buses will run loops beginning at 9:30PM - end of reception. Hiland Park staff will assist you with boarding buses.

Fort William Henry Hotel & Conference Center

The Fort William Henry Hotel is the preferred venue for out of town guests. Guests should use the link provided to book under the De Thomasis/Fisher wedding reservation. If you prefer to reserve by phone, call 1-800-234-0267 and mention you are booking under De Thomasis/Fisher WRO. Shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue will leave from the Fort William Henry Hotel.

House Or Rental

Lakeside Lodging

Ideal for families or small groups of 6 with full amenities. There is a 2 night minimum stay required. A one-mile walk to downtown Lake George Village. Pet friendly for an additional fee! You can request for two lodges to connect to fit 12 people. Visit website for booking instructions or call 518-685-6569. Shuttle transportation to and from the wedding venue will leave from Lakeside Lodging.
