How do I RSVP?

Answer

Your RSVP is confirmed by booking a room and submitting the $98 deposit. No separate RSVP form is required.

How do I book my stay?

Answer

You may book over the phone or online using the booking code and information provided in your Save the Date. To be counted as attending, you must book through our group block. If booking online, be sure to select that you're part of a group - Sandals will follow up to confirm.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The wedding will be held at Sandals Royal Barbados, located on Maxwell Beach in Oistins, Christ Church, Barbados.

Do I need a passport?

Answer

Yes. Barbados is outside the U.S., and a valid passport is required for entry.

What is the date of the wedding?

Answer

The main event is on August 16, 2026. There will also be a welcome cocktail hour on August 15 and a special event on August 17 (TBA).

Is this an all-inclusive resort?

Answer

Yes!!! ALL FOOD, DRINKS, TIPS, AND ENTERTAINMENT ARE INCLUDED in your stay.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Trade sippy cups, drop-offs, and “can I haves” for piña coladas, sunset views, and uninterrupted grown-up fun!! Sandals is an adults-only retreat - the perfect excuse to sneak away, recharge, and soak up some well-deserved peace. The kids will be just fine... and you’ll come back better for it.

Is there a minimum stay required?

Answer

Yes – a 3-night minimum stay is required to be included on the wedding guest list.

Can I still come if I stay fewer than 3 nights?

Answer

Unfortunately, no. Per resort policy, guests staying less than 3 nights or booking after the RSVP deadline will not be allowed to attend the wedding events.

Is this a private wedding?

Answer

Yes – it's a micro wedding with a limited guest list. Once the list is full or the RSVP deadline passes, we won’t be able to add anyone.

Can I attend if I’m not part of a couple?

Answer

Absolutely. Although Sandals is designed for couples, singles are welcome and can book at the same rate.
