When is the RSVP deadline?

The RSVP deadline is October 12, 2024, and it can be done online. Just scan the QR code given on the Invitation.

What should I do if I cant make it?

Answer

We shall miss you! Please RSVP "no" as soon as possible if you won't be able to attend the wedding so that we can make other arrangements.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

The wedding is STRICTLY formal, though you are welcome to wear fall colored attire because it is taking place in the fall. Please, ladies, avoid wearing white.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

You should arrive an hour early before the ceremony begins. If you are running late, please do not interrupt the ceremony.

Where Are The Ceremony And Reception Taking Place?

Both the ceremony and the reception will be held outdoors at Arching Oaks Ranch.

Where should I park? Is parking free?

Answer

Parking is free, once you pass the main entrance you can park alongside the fence on the left and right sides of the gate, we will have someone guiding you.

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP / Invitation.

Can I take pictures or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Please honor the bride and groom's particular request that this will be a UNPLUGGED wedding ceremony. After the ceremony and during the reception photos and videos are allowed, Thank you!

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests will head towards the reception area where there will be a cocktail hour.
