Yes, of course you can bring a plus one. Please let the bride or groom know in advance that you will be bringing a plus one. They need to have an accurate count of guests for the venue.

Yes, but it will need to be brought to the bride/grooms attention by the RSVP date. Depending on guests already attending, the child might need to be counted as your plus one.
