When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly RSVP by 4/24/26 to ensure an accurate headcount for our vendors. All RSVPS should be done through the RSVP tab on this website. If you do not RSVP on time, you will be marked as "not attending".

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are excited to see our family and friends dressed up for our big day! Please come in your best cocktail attire. Please refrain from wearing t-shirts, jeans, tennis shoes, and the color white (orders from the Groom). Our bridal party will be wearing green.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue opens up to guests at 4:30pm. We ask that you please be seated by no later than 4:55pm as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm. Please keep in mind that Charlotte and the surrounding area experience rush hour traffic at this time, so we ask that you plan accordingly.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to reserve seats for guests listed on your wedding invitation/RSVP. Those included in your party will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, our venue has 92 parking spaces. Please do not park on the street or in front of any nearby houses at the risk of being towed. Vehicles can be left at the venue overnight but must be picked up before 10:00am the next day. Uber/Lyft is also an option in this area for those who prefer not to bring a vehicle.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony". We want all of our guests to be present during this special moment. Please refrain from any pictures or videos during this time. After the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like. Thank you for understanding!

Will food and alcohol be provided at the event?

Answer

Yes, light bites will be served during cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner. Our bar will have beer and wine, along with 2 signature cocktails selected by the Bride and Groom. No BYOB of alcohol is allowed inside the venue or parking lot.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, please see the Travel section for our hotel recommendations. We have a room block at the Cambria hotel in Rock Hill, SC.

Where is the nearest airport?

Answer

The Charlotte Douglas International Airport is around a 30 minute drive from the recommended hotels and venue.
