Question

Is there any surprise cost?

Answer

Yes! On the resort, everything is included. However, excursions can be purchased through Hard Rock or an outside vendor.

Question

Can I stay at another hotel nearby and still attend the wedding?

Answer

As much as we would love for you to stay at the resort of our choice, you are more than welcome to stay at another hotel nearby. However, if you choose to stay at another hotel and attend our wedding, you will have to purchase a wedding pass. Wedding passes are $119.00 USD per person. When purchasing a wedding pass, you MUST exit the resort by 11:00pm.

Do you have a hotel room block?

Answer

Yes! We've secured a block of rooms at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Punta Cana.

Is car service included?

Answer

The car service that is included is a shared car service, which means you will ride with multiple passengers. They also offer private transportation for an additional cost.

Will I have WiFi on the resort?

Answer

Yes! WiFi is included. It is noted that WiFi is stronger by the pool and not that strong by the beach.

Is room service included?

Answer

Yes, room service is included. Room service is included for breakfast, lunch, dinner & snacks.

When is the final payment due?

Answer

The final payment is due February 5, 2020.

Can I do a payment plan?

Answer

Yes. Payments can be automatically deducted from an account of your choice. In order to set up your payment plan, you can contact Cherie at cherie@islandvows.net.

Is insurance included with my trip?

Answer

No. If you want insurance, you will have to purchase it separately. If you would like more information, you can contact Katrina or Cherie.

Is there any particular color do I need to wear?

Answer

Yes, for the ceremony the bride and the groom request that guest wear any of the following colors white, beige and/or yellow. It is also preferred for women to wear a solid yellow bathing suit and men solid yellow swim trunks for group pictures on Friday, January 15th, 2021 at 3pm (time subject to change)

How is Hard Rock Punta Cana handling COVID-19?

Answer

We recommend all guests be tested at least 3 days prior to departure and bring the results with you. MASK ARE REQUIRED to be worn at the airport and throughout the common areas of the resort. The wedding Facebook page is constantly updated; for any changes please refer there.
