Q + A

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 2, 2026, so we can finalize all the details and make sure there’s a seat (and a slice of cake!) just for you! 💌

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving around 3:30 PM so there's plenty of time to park, make the walk to the ceremony site, and get seated before everything begins. This will help ensure a smooth start—and we’d hate for you to miss a single moment!

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love for our guests to get dressed up with us! In staying with our wedding theme, we kindly encourage our guests to dress in semi formal attire or Sunday best.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with all of our favorite people! To help us plan accordingly, plus-ones are only included if your invitation specifically names a guest. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to see you on the big day!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your children, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only celebration—with the exception of immediate family. We hope this allows all of our guests to relax, let loose, and fully enjoy the evening with us. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests keep phones and cameras put away during the ceremony. We’ve hired professional photographers to capture every special moment, and your support in staying present helps create a truly intimate and meaningful experience for everyone. Don’t worry—there will be plenty of opportunities to take photos and videos during the reception! We can’t wait to see all the fun moments you capture later in the day.

Question

What if I need assistance with getting to the ceremony site?

Answer

We’ve got you covered! Handicap parking will be available close to the entrance, and we’ll also have a cart on hand to help transport guests who may need a little extra assistance getting to the ceremony site. If you think you might need help, just let us know ahead of time or flag someone down when you arrive—we’ll make sure you’re taken care of!

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

You can find our registry links under the "Registry" section of our site

Question

Who do I contact if I have questions?

Answer

If you have any questions about the event, please reach out to the Bride or her matron of honor (Brooke Westbrook) with any questions about accommodations and wedding details.
