The dress code we are hoping for is summer formal to semi-formal attire. Tuxes, gowns, suits, and cocktail dresses are all welcome! Fun colors and patterns are also encouraged to create a festive atmosphere!!
Both the ceremony and the reception will be at the Felicity! Parking at the venue is limited to street parking, meaning Uber/Lyft/Taxis are the go-to option. There are also streetcar lines on St. Charles Avenue with the nearest line being St. Charles Avenue and Felicity Street, which are approximately a 6 minute walk to the Felicity venue!
While we love all the children of our friends and family, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate children not specifically listed on the invitation.
We ask that guests arrive by 4:45 PM, as the ceremony will begin promptly upstairs at 5:00 PM. Guests who arrive after 5:00 PM will be ushered to view the ceremony from the balcony on the third floor. There will be a cocktail hour downstairs immediately following the ceremony. Then, we will be ushered back upstairs for more food, more music, and more fun!!!!
The Felicity has a strict noise ordinance that goes into effect at 10:00 PM, meaning music will end at that time, and we will be kindly ushered out of the building shortly after that. But don’t worry! For those who are not ready for the fun to end, we plan to take a three minute walk to The Half Moon Bar and Grill for more celebration!
Luckily we have amazing professional photographers and videographers who will be capturing all of the special moments of the ceremony, so please no phones or cameras during the wedding ceremony. Feel free to snap as many shots as you want during the cocktail hour and the reception!
