In the year 2015 Denzel cousin asked him to pick up her son from daycare. When Denzel arrived he spoke with my auntie Cookie. He told her he was there to pick up his little cousin. Instantly Cookie enjoyed his spirit and thought he would be perfect for me. She told him she has someone she wants him to meet. Denzel was nervous. Cookie came down the hall to tell me she wanted me to meet this guy she think I would like. I told her no I don’t want to meet no one. My auntie encouraged me to go. I then decided to meet Denzel he was getting in the car in a rush when I came out he stopped. We exchange numbers , we became inseparable and the rest is history. Fun Fact we actually went to vocational school together in high school and never spoke.

My family celebrates Christmas Eve every year together, but 2022 was the best year yet. While exchanging gifts and laughter, I heard a song. “I wanna marry your daughter” begin to play I knew right away something special was about to happen . I looked over and there Denzel was coming from around the corner. My heart dropped. I always imagine how this day will go. I was surrounded by family and love. I was finally a fiancé.
