Till forever falls apart

I’m convinced I have loved him before, maybe in a different lifetime or on a different planet because he has never felt like something new to me but more of a long lost friend. During a worldwide pandemic I was using a dating app for nothing more than entertainment but this one night while being wine drunk I found what I didn’t even know I was looking for. After the first date consisted of us sitting on my back patio dressed to the nines eating pizza and talking about everything under the moon (literally) I felt like I had known him for a lifetime. I could go on and on about everything from the butterflies to the hard times but I know that the universe conspired to make Bryan and I cross paths exactly when we did. Growing up in a small town I felt as if I would never meet the person I was destined to be with in this space of only 60,000 passing faces. However, to my surprise, he was less than 2 miles away and I found him with a right swipe.
