Lafayette Coney Island
If you want the best coney dogs in Detroit, this is the place. Lafayette is super laid-back, fast, and full of personality. The dogs are messy, delicious, and totally worth the stop. It’s the perfect spot to grab a quick bite and get a real taste of Detroit.
Greenfield Village
For a fun, easy day trip, The Henry Ford and Greenfield Village are awesome places to explore. You can check out cool historic cars, wander through old-timey homes and workshops, ride a train, or just stroll around and enjoy the vibes. It’s super family-friendly, laid-back, and a great way to spend a few hours seeing a totally different side of Michigan history.
