Please take time to read through our frequently asked questions. If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to us!
Question

Are children welcome?Are children welcome?

Answer

Our Laos Ceremony on August 29th at Gazelle Grange is child-friendly, and we would love for families to attend! However, our American Wedding & Reception on August 30th is being held at a casino, which is not a child-friendly environment due to venue policies. Children are not allowed on the casino floor, so we kindly ask guests to plan accordingly.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly invitation only. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate those guests that are formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will be listed on your invitation. For example, the envelope would list "(Your Name) & Guest".

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have blocked out 30 rooms for our guests at Rain Rock Casino and Resort, which is also the location of our ceremony and reception. Be sure to book your room by August 11th to take advantage of the special rate. To reserve your room, visit the Rain Rock Casino website. Under "Codes," select "Group Code" and enter 2508. If you prefer to call the hotel directly, simply mention that you are booking under the Jones/Rodriguez wedding.

Question

Is there a dress code?Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate with you and would love to see everyone get fancy with us! Our dress code is formal attire. We kindly ask that guests avoid wearing colors reserved for the bride, including white, ivory, cream, and off-white. We also request that you refrain from wearing sage green, as it’s reserved for our bridal party. Thank you for helping us keep these colors special!

Question

What is the RSVP Deadline? What is the RSVP Deadline?

Answer

To RSVP, click the RSVP tab and type the first and last name(s) as listed on your invitation. We ask that you kindly reply before June 30th, 2025.

Question

What happens if I don't RSVP in time? What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If you don't RSVP by June 30th it will be marked as "Not attending." We would love to celebrate with you. However, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs. (This will mean there will be no seating, food, or drink accommodations for you).

Question

What if I can't make it?What if I can't make it?

Answer

You will definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please RSVP "Not attending". If you have already RSVP'd "Attending" but find you will not be able to make it, please notify Destinee or Carlos as soon as possible.

Question

What time should I arrive? What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guest seating will begin at 2:00 PM, and we highly recommend arriving at that time. This will ensure we stay on schedule and begin the ceremony promptly at 3:00 PM. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will be asked to wait until it concludes before joining us at the reception.
