Spanish is not required, but appreciated!

We know what you are probably asking: Will I need to speak spanish while I am there? Spanish is appreciated and most locals will be happy when you do use it, even if it is not the best. But no, most locals do speak english and it is easy to communicate while you are anywhere in San Juan.

Hotel Rumbao a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

This is the hotel where we will be having our ceremony and reception, but also where we will be staying. We would love to have you stay here too! The link below is for our hotel block during this time. Rooms under the block must be reserved BEFORE 12/16/25. This is a Marriott hotel, we also encourage you to look directly on their website for any additional discounts that may apply to you (military, AAA, etc).

Alma Hotel

Here is an alternative hotel option in Viejo San Juan that is a 6 minute walk away! We do not have a reserved hotel block available but you can book directly through Hotel Alma at the link above.

Flight

San Juan International Airport (SJU)

All major airlines fly into and out of SJU. This airport is about a 15 minute affordable Uber/Lyft ride away from our hotel but also any major hotel in the area.

Transportation

We purposefully chose this location due to how easy it is to get around with minimal transportation. All of our events will be walking distance from Hotel Rumbao with many of our favorite restaurants, attractions and shops also within walking distance.
