Garza Blanca Resort & Spa Los Cabos

Accommodations We’ve reserved a hotel block at Garza Blanca Los Cabos, which is also where our wedding will take place. To ensure you're part of the celebration, please use the exclusive booking link provided—this is the only way to book your room within our wedding block. A few important notes: A 30% deposit of your total room cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than April 1, 2027. While the resort does not offer payment plans, you may submit your final payment at any time by emailing Andres Maseda at andres.maseda@taferresorts.com to request a secure payment link. When reaching out, please include the following information: Wedding Name: Kayla and Christopher Wedding Reservation ID: (provided in your confirmation email after your deposit is submitted) Name on the Reservation Once your final payment is complete, be sure to forward a copy of your payment confirmation to Andres so your reservation can be marked as confirmed.

For a seamless booking and check-in experience, please be sure to reserve your accommodations using the link provided below. Please note the resort’s cancellation policy: Cancellations made 90 days or more before the wedding will result in the forfeiture of 30% of the total reservation (the deposit). Cancellations made 89 days or fewer before the wedding will incur a 100% penalty of the total room cost.

Travel Documents & Passport Info

All guests traveling to Cabo will need a valid passport book to fly internationally—passport cards are not accepted for air travel. Please ensure your passport is valid for the entire duration of your stay in Mexico. While Mexico does not require six months of validity beyond your travel dates, your passport must not expire while you’re there. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a Tourist Permit (FMM)—typically provided during your flight or available to complete online ahead of time. Be sure your passport has at least one blank page for entry and exit stamps. If you don’t yet have a passport or need to renew, we recommend starting the process early to avoid delays! Flight Information

The bride and groom are currently exploring a group travel rate for flights departing Monday, July 5, 2027 and returning Saturday, July 10, 2027. If you’re interested in receiving information about this option, please contact Kayla at 443‑763‑6277 so we can add you to the group list. Guests are also welcome to book their own flights independently. Flights will need to be purchased separately, and you may choose any airline that best fits your schedule and preferences. Based on our research, round‑trip flights are currently estimated to range between $375–$600. We recommend starting your search around March 2027, or earlier if you’d like to secure the best rates. When booking, please take a moment to review your airline’s delay and cancellation policies, as any changes could impact your arrival and may need to be communicated to the resort. We also recommend packing a carry‑on with essentials, including toiletries, a change of clothes, comfortable shoes, swimwear, medications, and any other must‑have items, just in case of unexpected luggage delays.

Travel Insurance

We understand that with travel, unexpected situations can arise. For your peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Trusted providers such as Allianz Travel Insurance and Chubb Insurance are excellent options, though you’re welcome to use any provider you prefer. Travel insurance can offer valuable protection in the event of trip cancellations, delays, lost luggage, or medical emergencies. Should anything unexpected occur, we want to ensure that no one is burdened with additional expenses or at risk of being stranded due to illness. Please note that some insurance providers have time-sensitive windows for adding coverage after booking your trip. Be sure to review the terms of your chosen provider early to avoid missing the opportunity to secure coverage.
