It all began on a memorable night in 2011 at Tres Gringos, a lively spot in the heart of downtown San Jose, CA. In a sea of people, Katrina spotted Mikey- like finding a needle in a haystack (so he says lol). Mikey’s friend was dating Katrina’s friend and the group was out that night. Just for fun, Katrina asked about Mikey, not thinking much of it. Word quickly got back to Mikey, and, as a true gentleman, ever so smoothly, he wasted no time introducing himself. From that night on, they kept in touch, but their timing was never quite right. Still, Mikey stayed persistent, but in a natural effortless way, knowing there was something special about Katrina. It wasn't until 2017- a year that would change everything- that their spark reignited. This time, it was different. Their connection grew stronger, turning into something undeniable. Along the way, their greatest blessings arrived- their beautiful children, Little Mikey and Kaleia- who completed their love story in the most perfect way. Now, surrounded by family and friends, they're ready to take the next step in their journey together. Their love story has been years in the making, and the best part is just beginning.
