Is there a cost to stay at The Black Stallion?

Answer

Absolutely not. Those who are invited to stay are invited to stay for free. The bride and groom have covered the full cost of the home rental to ensure the possibility for all invited parties to attend and enjoy a lovely vacation . Simply pay for your travel down and the cost for you food/drink and desired activities in NC. Wedding is BYOB. Limited signature cocktail supplies will be provided during cocktail hour.

Will rooms be assigned?

Answer

Yes! We have devised a room plan which places every guest in the most appropriate and convenient spots to make for the most comfortable stay. Each family will have a private room based on the size of their party. Pack and plays are provided for young children by The Black Stallion- so no need to worry about packing yours with you! Cots/air mattresses are not provided, you are welcome to bring your own for children to sleep on if necessary! Contact Kaylei & Aaron for your room details. You will be directed to your room by a room chart upon entering the main door of The Black Stallion.

How do meals work?

Answer

There are several large refridgerators and kitchens at The Black Stallion which are at your disposal! Grocery shop at the local grocery store, Harris Teeter, less than 1 mile from The Black Stallion and cook in, dine out at one of the hundreds of local restraunts/cafes, or do a combination of both- all depending on your personal preferences/budget! We will provide rehearsal dinner (cosmos pizza), wedding day brunch (waffle bar), and wedding reception dinner (Ten-O-Six) Taco Truck.

Is alcohol provided?

Answer

We will provide only a limited amount of supplies for our guests to create our signature wedding cocktails at our DIY succulent lounge cocktail bar. Aside from that, no other alcohol will be provided. You are welcome to BYOB as desired.

Are pets allowed?

Answer

No. Unfortunately the fur babies must stay at home as The Black Stallion is a pet-free rental property.
