What travel documents do I need?
Answer
U.S. citizens will need a valid passport book for the duration of their stay — routine processing takes approximately 6-8 weeks. Apply for a passport at unitedpassport.com The Dominical Republic requires each traveler to complete a free digital E-ticket before travel. Be sure to fill it out once for entry and once for departure, generating two separate QR codes. Visit eticket.migracion.gob.do to complete it before your trip.

Do I have to book with Destify?

We’ve partnered with Destify to make booking your stay simple and stress-free, offering low deposits, monthly payment plans, price matching, and dedicated support along the way. Guests are welcome to book accommodations however they prefer — including outside our link — as doing so will not impact the couple in any way. Since we have not secured a traditional room block, we simply recommend booking early for the best availability and pricing at the resort. What are the bride and groom's plans?

Nathaniel and Kayla will be arriving Wednesday, April 14th and leaving Monday, April 19th, staying in a room with Elite Club access. Please feel free to join them for as many days as you like! Wedding events will not be held in Elite spaces to ensure every guest can celebrate together. Elite Club perks include: ● Exclusive restaurant for Elite guests ● Private beach area with bar access ● Premium drinks including access to Elite Club Lounge ● Late check-out (1PM) and early check-in based on availability ● Exclusive welcome gift and dedicated check-in/check-out area ● Privileged room location with aromatherapy

What about children and +1s?

Due to space constraints, we can only accommodate named guests on the invitation. Please note, our venue is an adults-only (18+) resort, so we are unable to host children. We appreciate your understanding!

What should I wear?
Answer
Welcome Party- Wear your favorite white, cream or beige resort attire. Think linen, flowy fabrics and dressy resort wear. Wedding- We're celebrating in paradise so visualize elevated vacation style. Flowy dresses, dress shorts and tropical prints are encouraged. No jackets or ties required.

Is it safe to drink the water?
Answer
Guests are recommended to stick to bottled or filtered water provided by the resort, including times of oral hygiene.

Do I need pesos?
Answer
Dominican Pesos are good if you plan on leaving the resort, but US dollars are widely accepted in all tourist areas, including Hotel RIU Palace Macao.
