How do I RSVP?

Where are the wedding ceremony and reception being held?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will both be held at the Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa. The ceremony will be held on the beach and the reception will be held on the resort’s terrace.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But we want you to feel comfortable of course. Women should wear a nice jumpsuit or dress. Men should wear a suit, or a button up with kakis/slacks/dress pants. However, keep in mind that the Cabo, MX high in November is usually between 85°F and 90°F. The low is usually around 70°F in the evening.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Check out the “Travel” page to book your stay at either Villa del Arco Beach Resort & Spa or Villa del Palmar Beach Resort and Spa. You must stay at one of these resorts to attend the wedding and the resort requires a minimum stay of 3 nights so that we all get the the most out of our stay! Keep in mind that although these are sister resorts (meaning they are next door to each other), the wedding will be held at Villa del Arco.

Should I choose the “all-inclusive” option when booking my stay?

Answer

Yes, yes, and YES! The food at the resort is absolutely phenomenal and you will miss out if you do not choose this option! With the all inclusive deal, you will get an unlimited amount of food and beverages (this includes alcoholic beverages). By choosing this option we can guarantee that you will get the most out of your stay and save money.

How do I get from the airport to the hotel and back?

Answer

The resort has a private shuttle that you can pay to take to and from the airport. They require advance booking. If interested, please call: 001-52-624-130-3516 or book on line: www.caboseasons.com Shuttle price is $21/person (one way). If you have at least 6 people in your party, you can book a private vehicle for $125 (one way). We recommend booking a round trip when you call. Upon arrival, you can also look for a shuttle or taxi but it will be much more expensive. If you have any issues, please text Candy Chupp at 574-215-0369.
