Passports

If you do not already have a valid passport please apply for one as soon as possible! The turnaround time for a U.S. passport is approximately 12 weeks. You can always choose to expedite but that comes at a higher cost. Most Passport offices are by appointment only. Please ensure that your passport is valid within 6 months of your travel dates. Travel Note

Hotels & Resorts

We will provide transportation to and from the hotels & resorts listed below for the day of the wedding. The wedding will take place at Villa La Mansion which is a private property located just south of the Conchas Chinas neighborhood. There are several Airbnb & VRBO options near the Villa as well if that's something you are interested in. We have found getting around Puerto Vallarta to be just as easy as using an Uber back at home (and way cheaper). We strongly recommend booking your travel as early as possible to receive the best rates!

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta

Due popular interest we have added a room block for the Hyatt as an option to stay. Please use the link below. Our block is from Thursday, November 6 through Sunday, November 9. If you would like to extend your trip, you may receive the room block rate 3 days prior to and after those dates! Hyatt Ziva is a family friendly all-inclusive resort ~7 min from the Villa. It came as a top recommendation from our local wedding planner. The resort has nice, private beach access for those that are looking to be beach bums!

Grand Miramar Resort

Grand Miramar is 12 minutes from Villa La Mansion. We stayed here and we absolutely loved it. So much, in fact that we almost chose this as our wedding site. Please note that Miramar is NOT an all-inclusive resort, it's considered to be a boutique hotel. However, the food & drinks are delicious and affordable. There is no direct beach access from this resort as it is perched on top of a mountain (hence the spectacular view). There are plenty of nearby beaches and beach clubs within a 5 min Uber ride. Be sure to check out their spa :)

Vallarta's top-rated luxury adults-only resort! They allow you to choose a non-inclusive OR all-inclusive option (incredibly rare for Mexico). This is great for those that are wanting the best of both World's or to explore more of what Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Approximately 2 minute drive from Villa La Mansion
