Flight
Airport Options
Cancun Internation Airport (CUN) Offers the most flight options and is typically more affordable. It is about a 1.5-2 hour drive to Tulum, with plenty of shuttle and private transportation options available. Tulum International Airport (TQO) Much closer to our venue (about 30-45 min), making for an easier arrival, but flight options may be more limited and slightly higher in price.

Airport Transfers (Handled by Our Coordinator)
To make things smooth when you arrive, our amazing coordinator will handle your transportation from Cancun or Tulum airport. She’ll arrange shared or private vans depending on arrival times. You’ll pay the driver in cash (USD or pesos) on arrival. Before your trip, she’ll just need some details: your arrival/departure info, group size, and contact number with WhatsApp. Her name is Manda and please email her to coordinate your ride from the airport: manda@turtlebayweddings.com

Soliman Bay (Villa Area)
For a quieter, more convenient stay, consider the Solomon Bay area near our wedding venue. This beautiful coastal area offers a more relaxed atmosphere and puts you just minutes from the celebration. While it’s a bit removed from Tulum’s main tourist areas, guests can still easily explore Tulum’s beaches, restaurants, and attractions with a short drive. It’s a great option for those who want to stay close to the wedding while still enjoying everything Tulum has to offer.

For guests looking to explore more of what Tulum has to offer, Tulum Beach (Hotel Zone) and Downtown Tulum are great options. These areas offer a variety of restaurants, shops, beach clubs, and accommodations, making them popular places to stay while visiting. While they are a bit farther from our wedding venue, transportation can easily be arranged in advance.
