We ask that you RSVP on our website under the RSVP tab by May 1st. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we are limited to the number of guests. Please see the online RSVP form for the number of guests allotted to your invite. Due to necessity rather than choice, it is children of immediate family only. We hope you understand and enjoy your night off!
We recommend booking a room at the AVID hotel. It is 0.2 miles away from the venue and for your convenience, we have a room block under the name “Smillie/Bautista” wedding. There is also airbnbs nearby if you choose to go that route.
Please allow 30 minutes prior to start times to ensure you are seated. The ceremony will promptly start at 3 PM. Cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres will follow at 4 PM.
While we are out and about taking photos and celebrating we ask you do the same! This would be a great time to check-in to your room for those guests that are staying. Cocktail hour will begin at 4:00 pm.
Wedding party entrances and speeches will be at 5:30 PM. Dinner will start around 6PM. Last call for the open bar will be at 10:30 PM. The reception will conclude at 11PM.
