If you are allotted a plus one, when you RSVP it will allow you to rsvp for those guest. Everyone invited will be included on the invitation. Please understand we’d love for everyone to bring a plus one & their family but due to venue capacity it may not be viable.
When you click the link and enter your name it will provide all of the names/guests and allow you to choose “attending for not attending”.
We will provide a list of hotels near the venue where you will be able to book rooms, we will also provide hotels near our home but you will have to travel to the venue from there on your own accord
Even though we’d love to pick everyone up from the airport unfortunately we will be busy with last minute wedding details we will not be able to. We do apologize but can’t wait to celebrate with you
The ceremony is being held outside during the reception the dance floor is inside but most tables will be outside in the court yard.
The weather will be quite warm, there will be an indoor and outdoor area during the reception along with fans. The ceremony will be held outdoors at the venue there is lots of shade. hand held fans will be provided.
yes it will be, the officiant will direct the guest to the cocktail & reception area.
During the ceremony there is no assigned seating but please leave the first two rows for immediate family & grandparents.
Please RSVP as soon as possible by at the latest July 6th. after this date anyone who has not sent in their RSVP will automatically be marked as "not coming".
yes, we will be serving alcohol, there will be wines & champagne, beers. 21+. For those of you who don't drink or aren't 21 there will be soft drinks, water and juices.

yes, it is an open bar but with only select options of beer & wine.
yes there is, this will be a PARTY. drinking, swimming, games, no kids. if you'd like to come and didn't have the option to RSVP please talk to the bride or groom. this isn't an after party for grandparents.
yes you can of the reception and yourself but please do not take photos or videos of the ceremony or any big events like the dances or exit.

Yes you can there will be gluten & dairy free options any other allergies please let us know. We will try to accommodate.
Yes some children are invited they will be listed on the invitation to rsvp for. Please understand there are ponds and fountains please note you will be responsible to make sure they aren’t playing in it.
We’re asking everyone to wear daytime garden, formal evening or cocktail attire. Lighter fabrics & colors as it will be hot weather.
